His decision to join as an advisor stems from a strong belief in giving back to the next generation. Newman recognizes the transformative potential of Maxwell Labs’ technology to fundamentally change the way data centers are cooled and significantly reduce their power consumption. With a professional background that includes pivotal roles as CEO and CTO in technology businesses, Newman has a proven track record of success, notably the sale of Instrumental to Seagate Technology. His expertise in fundraising, software development, and identifying market entry points, combined with his experience in responding to U.S. Government SBIRs and proposals, positions him as a valuable asset to Maxwell Labs.

As we forge ahead in our quest to develop the world’s first optically cooled data center, Henry’s insights and leadership will be invaluable. His joining marks a pivotal moment in our journey to pioneering radiative cooling technology.
